The Application

To be considered for employment, you will need to complete our online application.  For the safety of our campers, all applicants will be subjected to a state mandated background check.

The Interview

If we feel you meet our requirments, you will be contacted for an interview. Anyone invited for an interview will need to bring Recommendation Forms completed by the names given in your application. Please note that your references will be verified.

You will also be asked to bring the certifications and forms listed below to demonstrate employment eligibility.

Please note HKC offers a Lifeguard Certification Course, check back here for more information.

Employment Forms

The following forms will need to be submitted before anyone can be placed on payroll. Even if you have been offered a job, you will not be allowed to work until HKC receives all the relevant documents.

• W-4
• I-9
• Authorization to Release Information
• Working papers (for anyone under 18 years of age)
• Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment of a Minor (for anyone under 18 years of age)

All forms will need to be printed out and signed.
